Cardinal Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee a remote patient access support center and reimbursement staff. You will supervise up to 20 team members, drive KPIs, and ensure adherence to client contracts and SOPs, all in a fully remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Travel may be needed to perform duties up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 and provide daily support.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members in a remote setting while monitoring performance.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions for the program.
• Review program metrics and dashboards with senior leaders.
• Coordinate program changes, IT updates, and business rules as needed.
• Report CRM and productivity issues promptly to protect client relationships.
• Manage timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Conduct interviews, open requisitions, and recommend personnel actions.
