You will lead a 100% remote workforce, develop SOPs, and coordinate with senior leaders on program metrics. The position emphasizes process improvements and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years in patient support programs or related field preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Commitment to developing oneself and team members.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office; Teams, Outlook; Excel capabilities including pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 members.
• Coach, train, and mentor team in a remote setting; monitor performance.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions for the program.
• Review program metrics and dashboards with senior leaders; share results.
