Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks an experienced Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality remote pharmacy services, including verification and patient consultations.

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence; Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy
• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations
• Strong ability to use data and performance metrics to drive improvements
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety standards
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical pharmacy operations
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility using data trends
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs
• Support implementation of new workflows and tools
• Develop proficiency across systems supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations
• Maintain frontline pharmacy workflow proficiency and participate in coverage rotations
• Ensure regulatory compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues with cross-functional partners
