Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the United States with good standing.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing team members with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and lead in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards.
• PharmD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee daily team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and use data trends to drive workflow improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Create and implement training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead change and adoption of new workflows and tools.
• Build proficiency across systems supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato).
• Maintain frontline pharmacy workflow proficiency and participate in coverage rotations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
