Innovativ Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Territory Representative - Primary Care (Entry Level-Specialty) to educate, promote, and sell pharmaceutical products to physicians and specialized providers. You will manage your territory, grow relationships with key decision makers, and work with management to hit sales goals and expand product adoption.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong communication, and ethical standards while supporting a flexible remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Consultative selling experience preferred.
• Must be able to work remotely and use Zoom software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Educates, promotes and sells pharmaceutical/healthcare products to physicians and other providers.
• Manages territory to maintain physician groups, clinics and primary care offices.
• Collaborates with management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Develops territory plans, goals and resource allocation.
• Builds relationships with key decision makers in large accounts.
• Utilizes data and insights to tailor discussions around HCP needs.
• Complies with regulations and company policies.
