CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner for a fully remote role in the United States. You will assist with the rollout and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and programs, drawing on HRBP experience including Puerto Rico.

The position requires bilingual English and Spanish and 5–8 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to analyze information and exercise judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to analyze multiple information sources and exercise good judgment.
• Willingness to adopt new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to perform mild financial calculations (percentages, fractions).

Responsabilités

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance and assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with managers to identify employment risks and support investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit.
• Conduct trainings on performance management, diversity and related topics.
• Apply standard HR principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge across HR disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact a range of activities within teams and related groups.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information within guidelines.
