Job summary

CBRE is hiring a People Business Partner for remote USA. You will assist with the rollout and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures within the People Strategy and Operations function.

The role involves onboarding development, performance management, and training across multiple HR areas. The position requires travel up to 40% monthly, including trips to sites, with preference for proximity to a major airport for weekly travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Identify employment-related risks and assist with investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation.
• Conduct training on topics including performance management and diversity.
