Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance and disciplinary support.
• Identify employment-related risks with managers and start investigation processes.
• Manage HR functions including employment, labor relations and compensation for a business unit.
• Deliver trainings on performance management and diversity.
