Job summary

RecruiterForge is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver Tier 1 assistance via online portal, phone and chat. You will learn the employer's systems, ask targeted questions, and guide clients and internal teams toward timely, clear resolutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer-service experience with payroll exposure, excellent communication, and a proactive, coaching mindset for growth within a fast-moving organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of client-facing customer-service experience with payroll knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attentive listening, empathy and patience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support via online portal, phone and chat with professionalism.
• Investigate issues, ask targeted questions and document root causes and solutions.
• Maintain thorough, professional records of client issues and resolutions.
• Help clients save time with clear, effective support and guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries.
