Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Responsive, coachable, and able to learn OnPay systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in payroll-related work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 customer support for clients.
• Learn and navigate OnPay systems to respond to issues.
• Support clients via online portal, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot problems and suggest solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Document client issues and resolutions comprehensively.
• Ask questions to identify root causes and generate solutions.
