Job summary

Procare HR is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to ensure first-time resolution of client tasks and foster strong client partnerships. You will engage with care providers, manage inquiries, and contribute to high satisfaction and retention through proactive support and accurate CRM reporting.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in client support, 2-4 years managing relationships, and experience with HRIS/CRM tools like UKG Ready and Salesforce. A strong Office suite skill set is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years in client support, customer success, HR administration or similar.
• 2-4 years in managing customer relationships and handling inquiries with escalation management.
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG Ready preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) for customer management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
