• Resolve customer inquiries related to payroll processing, discrepancies, and platform usage.
• Ensure timely responses via email, chat, phone, and other channels that meet SLAs.
• Handle customer inquiries according to defined workflows and expectations (Remote values and Remote Customer Code).
• Gather information to diagnose payroll issues using available tools, documentation and customer data.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members per workflows.
• Document issue details and resolution steps clearly.
• Provide timely updates on issue status and resolution timelines.
• Clarify questions about payroll processes or platform functionality.
• Maintain professionalism and clarity in all communications.
• Follow internal workflows and support documentation to resolve cases consistently.
• Ensure accurate documentation of tickets and outcomes.
• Adhere to SLAs and guidelines.
• Identify recurring issues to improve documentation and processes.
• Build foundational understanding of payroll concepts.
