Connections Health Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant, Payroll to manage timely payroll processing, tax reporting, and related accounts payable support. The role requires multi-state payroll experience and strong Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Remote-capable in designated states, including KY, this position collaborates with HR, FP&A, and third parties to optimize payroll configurations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field required.
• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience running payroll in a multi-state environment.
• Strong background in payroll tax compliance, reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll using Ceridian/Dayforce for exempt and non-exempt employees bi-weekly.
• Ensure hours are submitted and approved; resolve discrepancies.
• Update 401k deferrals, employer match, and loans; process garnishments and tax levies.
• Perform year-end W-2 and 401K census reporting; payroll analytics.
