Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage bi-weekly payroll processing for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy in hours, deferrals, and benefits contributions using Ceridian/Dayforce. You will collaborate with HR, FP&A, and third parties to optimize payroll configurations.

The role requires 2–3 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of payroll tax compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience running payroll in a multi-state environment.
• Strong background in payroll tax compliance, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with garnishments, levies, liens, and subpoenas.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll using Ceridian/Dayforce on a bi-weekly basis for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Verify hours with managers and resolve discrepancies.
• Update 401k deferrals, employer match, and loans in payroll system; process year-end W-2 and 401K census.
• Set up garnishments and tax levies; process off-cycle payrolls.
