Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is a fully remote employer handling nationwide payroll operations. You will manage the bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt staff, ensuring tax compliance and data accuracy across states.

Collaboration with HR, FP&A, and third parties is essential to optimize payroll configurations. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with multi-state tax rules, garnishments, and 401k processing.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience running payroll in a multi-state environment
• Strong background in payroll tax compliance, reconciliation, and reporting
• Familiarity with garnishments, levies, liens, support orders, and subpoenas
• Excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll using Ceridian/Dayforce for multiple states
• Ensure accurate employee hours and timely approvals with managers
• Maintain 401k deferrals, employer match, and 401k loans in payroll system
• Process year-end W-2 and 401K census reporting
• Support accounts payable and accounting procedures as needed
