• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience running payroll in a multi-state environment.
• Strong background in payroll tax compliance, reconciliation, and reporting.

• Process bi-weekly payroll using Ceridian/Dayforce for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Ensure hours are submitted and approved timely; resolve discrepancies with managers.
• Set up garnishments, tax levies, and 401k deferrals; run year-end reporting.
