Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This role is 100% commission-based with residual income and requires you to drive in-person and field-based merchant services sales while maintaining autonomy and strong client relationships.

Located remotely, you will educate business owners, close deals, and earn activation bonuses along with ongoing monthly commissions and potential long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling and networking.
• Hunter mentality and alignment with core values.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
