Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and activation bonuses, designed for those who want control of their time and earnings.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to present processing solutions, educate owners on savings, and close deals with ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
