Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the US.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and build relationships while earning ongoing commissions and incentives. Prior door-to-door or merchant services experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
