Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role focuses on payment processing solutions with residual income and activation bonuses.

You’ll work remotely, build a portfolio of local business clients, and earn commissions monthly with ongoing training and support. You are a natural communicator, comfortable with face-to-face selling, and capable of self-sourcing leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts to business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads and work independently with hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
