Job summary

Xplor Technologies' Xplor Pay Direct Sales team is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role with unlimited income potential. This position offers flexibility to work remotely across the US and requires you to actively reach out to merchants, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals.

You’ll receive activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals, plus sales training, a Presidents Club incentive, and benefits with W2 status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
