Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for those who want control over their time and earnings.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses, educate owners on saving money, close deals, and earn commissions with activation bonuses and long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
