Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses, with the flexibility to work remotely in the United States.

You will engage local businesses, educate owners on payment processing savings, and close deals to build a portfolio with ongoing earnings. You are a proven closer with 2+ years of B2B outside sales or merchant services experience, a hunter mindset, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
