Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. The role offers 100% commission-based income with residuals, flexibility, and leadership opportunities in the payments space.

Responsibilities include visiting local businesses or going door-to-door to propose payment processing solutions, educating owners on cost savings, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. Remote work is allowed with valid work rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills translating technical payment concepts to business value
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
• Align with core values and be a good human

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
