Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income lets you control your time and earnings.

You will visit local businesses to present payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing commissions and residuals. This remote-friendly role includes training and benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
