Job summary

Xplor Pay is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers residual income and the ability to control your time and earnings.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. Enjoy flexible scheduling, training, and a path to President’s Club rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
