Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and activation bonuses, ideal for those who want control of their time and earnings.

You'll go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, and close deals while earning monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Remote-friendly role with training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with company core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities
