Job summary

Xplor Pay is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped income potential with activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and residuals. Work remotely from anywhere eligible, with regional field focus.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and build a portfolio while enjoying flexible scheduling and mentorship.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
