Job summary

Xplor Pay is seeking motivated direct sales professionals to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped income potential, regular onboarding, and full training to help you succeed.

You will visit local businesses or work remotely to present payment processing solutions, close deals, and build a residual portfolio with weekly activation bonuses and monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
