Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This role offers a 100% commission-based structure with residual income and the chance to control your time and income.

You will prospect, educate, and close merchant services deals while receiving training and full support. The position supports remote work within the United States and offers health benefits and 401K options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
