Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive to join the direct sales team in the payments space. You will prospect, educate business owners, and close deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

The role offers a 100% commission-based model with field support and remote flexibility, with opportunities for high earnings and a Presidents Club-inspired incentive program. Candidates should be motivated and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
