Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This role offers a 100% commission-based model with residual income, activation bonuses, and a flexible schedule. You’ll drive new business by educating merchants, closing deals, and managing active accounts.

Location is remote within the United States, with eligibility to work in the US. Prior B2B sales or merchant services experience is preferred, and a hunter mentality is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Alignment with core values and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions with residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
