Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with unlimited income potential and flexible work arrangement. Location is Memphis, TN, with remote work option.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions along with residuals. Training provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
