Job summary

Xplor Technologies is recruiting an Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom, flexibility, and the potential for substantial income as you drive payment processing solutions to local businesses.

You will educate owners, close deals, and build a residual income stream with weekly activation bonuses and monthly commissions, all while receiving training and mentorship. Remote work is allowed in the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
