Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited income potential, residual income, and a flexible schedule that allows remote work with local accounts.

You will visit businesses, educate owners on payment processing savings, close deals, and grow a portfolio while receiving ongoing training and support from a growing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills; translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and be a good, respectful person.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
