Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Payment Validation Analyst to ensure accurate payments from payors. The role reports to the Director of Revenue Integrity and focuses on contract underpayments, price discrepancies, rebill projects, and payer reimbursements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, at least five years of healthcare financial operations, CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 knowledge, and Epic experience. Remote work is available for select states; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Required.
• 5+ years health care experience in hospital financial operations.
• In-depth knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding and Medicare reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractual underpayments and resolve daily encounters in Epic WQs.
• Identify root causes of price/contract discrepancies and implement corrections.
• Lead rebill projects for recovery of underpayments.
