Xplor Pay Direct Sales seeks motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our commission-based team. You’ll sell payment processing solutions, educate business owners, and close deals with activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.

This role offers a flexible schedule, remote work eligibility within your regional area, and training with mentorship. Top reps earn $100K+ annually, with benefits including health and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
