Job summary

Xplor Pay is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers the freedom to control your time and income while selling payment processing solutions to local businesses.

You’ll be responsible for going to businesses, educating owners on cost savings, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus ongoing residuals. Remote work is allowed with regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
