Job summary

Xplor, a global payments technology leader, seeks motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments solutions industry. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, residuals, and the freedom to control your time and income.

You will educate businesses on processing solutions, close deals, and grow a portfolio while receiving comprehensive training and support. Remote work is allowed in eligible regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payments concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-sources leads via prospecting and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
