Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, with top reps earning $100K+ annually. You’ll educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and grow your own portfolio from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling and ability to translate concepts to value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to source leads through prospecting and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
