Xplor Pay Direct Sales positions offer uncapped commissions and residual income. You can work fully remote in the United States and be in the field with your regional team.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to close deals in a competitive payments market. You will educate business owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions, while receiving activation bonuses, weekly pay for bonuses, and ongoing monthly residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
