Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its 100% commission-based team. You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly residuals.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a flexible schedule, and full training. Ideal candidates are natural communicators with B2B sales experience, comfortable with face-to-face selling, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
