Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for those who want control of their time and earnings.

You’ll go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions, and close deals to earn activation bonuses plus ongoing monthly

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
Aligned with core values; proactive and customer-focused.
