Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our expanding team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, residual income, and flexible scheduling for those who want control of their time and income.

You will go door-to-door or meet local business owners, educate them on payment processing, close deals, and receive activation bonuses plus monthly commissions. Remote work available within the US with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
