Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and activation bonuses, designed for those who want control over time and earnings.

Responsibilities include meeting with local businesses, educating owners on savings and streamlined transactions, and closing deals with activation bonuses and monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
