Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring remote, self-driven sales professionals to offer payment processing solutions and drive growth. This 100% commission-based opportunity emphasizes independence, activation bonuses, and ongoing residuals, with training and mentorship provided.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of B2B outside sales, merchant services or payment processing experience, and strong consultative selling skills. A valid driver’s license and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
