Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our remote team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses, with full support and training to help you control your time and earnings.

We value a hunter mentality and experience in door-to-door or merchant services sales. You will educate business owners on payment solutions and close deals, earning long-term commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
