Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated sales professionals for a fully remote, commission-based role in the payments industry. You will educate merchants, close deals, and build a portfolio with residual monthly income.

The position emphasizes independence, flexibility, and the potential to earn significant commissions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in merchant services or payment processing, with a hunter mindset and strong consultative selling

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales a big plus.
• Ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
