Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring motivated sales professionals for a fully remote, 100% commission-based role in the payments industry. Build your own schedule, source leads, and close deals with business owners to drive activation bonuses and monthly residuals.

Join a team focused on empowering operators to simplify transactions while earning uncapped commissions and long-term residuals. Previous merchant services or door-to-door sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
