Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and a flexible schedule, with remote work possible across the country.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions with long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
